• Cancellations received before October 6, 2026 are eligible for a refund minus a $25 administrative cancellation fee.
• Cancellations received after October 6, 2026 are non-refundable.
• Registrations may be transferred to another participant at any time prior to the event start date. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing and confirmed by NEBC.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or partial attendance.
