Event Contact

Event Contact is not automatically registered as an attendee. If you wish to attend, register as a Complimentary Attendee.

Marketing Contact

1) Submit your company logo (high quality JPG) for the event website and conference program. You can enter the logo at a later date by creating an account at end of your transaction.

2) Submit your sponsor ad(s), based on your package benefits, in a high-resolution JPG or PNG file format for the conference platform. You can enter the ad at a later date by creating an account at the end of your transaction.


By completing this registration, you understand and agree that this is a binding commitment, enforceable as a contract, for you to serve as a Sponsor and/or Exhibitor of this event, with all Sponsor and/or Exhibitor Fees due and payable within 7 days of this registration.

If unforeseeable circumstances arise and you are unable to participate in this event on the scheduled date, or some other reason arises preventing you from participating, you agree to provide notice to NEBC no later than 21 days prior to the event. Sponsor and/or Exhibitor Fees are non-cancellable and non-refundable and will still be due in full within 7 days of registration completion. In the event you cancel your participation, you may:

1. Apply your Sponsorship and/or Exhibitor fee to a future NEBC event, or
2. Apply your Sponsorship and/or Exhibitor fee to an annual NEBC Membership.

Cancellation after 21 days prior to the event will be subject to a surcharge of $250.00.
