Workshop 2: Economic Development: Industrial Lands Readiness

Participants will delve into topics including infrastructure development, business recruitment strategies, site selection criteria and trends, and utilities planning. The workshop will feature a blend of presentations, panel discussions, case study analyses, and interactive Q&A sessions. Attendees are encouraged to participate actively and bring questions.
Workshop 3: Housing
Join us for a lively discussion, with panel experts to talk about current and potential funding for housing infrastructure. We’ll dive into the Department of Land Conservation and Development’s changes to Oregon Administrative Rules regarding residential land use and zoning, as well as innovative legislative concepts aimed at enhancing housing capacity and funding for infrastructure.
